B. getting more from Mary Overington (foster care worker)

IV. Kids getting stuck in foster care
A. Working on a plan that puts a time limit on parents
B. If time limit succeeds then children will leave the system earlier

V. Successful and famous people who came from foster care
A. Oksana Baiul
B. Alexander Hamilton
C. Marilyn Monroe

VI. Those kids that don't get a break like Oksana Baiul and Marilyn Monroe just get thrown out
at 18.
